The Sow & Piglets Pty Ltd _Sow & Piglets Guesthouse, Brewpub and Brewery_, located at Port Campbell on the Great Ocean Road, Victoria is expanding.

We are searching for an Operations Manager for overall management of _Sow & Piglets Guesthouse, Brewpub and Brewery_ and distribution of the beer and ancillary products to local retail, hospitality, and businesses.

The Operations Manager will be responsible for the overall management of the business. The manager will be responsible for marketing strategies, budgeting/P&L reporting, logistics/warehousing options and in consultation with the management board, instigate marketing strategies that allow for maximum market penetration.

**The successful applicant will have the following attributes and skills**:

- Qualification: Bachelor degree qualification or minimum 5 years relevant/related experience in brewing or a related field;
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in managing SME’s;
- Sales and marketing experience in FMGC’s;
- Ability to formulate budgets and ensure delivery of these budgets;
- Ability to work unsupervised and meet deadlines and communicate effectively both up and down the chain;
- A strong work ethic and prepared to get down and dirty when required;
- A team player able to take direction and manage and motivate employees;
- Able to offer input into budgeting and cost controls within scope of responsibility;
- Experience with Direct marketing;
- Previous experience in the tourism industry;
An attractive salary of $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 will be negotiated with the successful applicant.

Full time permanent position with weekend work required.
