Whether you're early in your career or looking for a new challenge, this could be the perfect opportunity for you. **Position Overview** - **Job Title**: Motor Claim Specialist - **Location**: Onsite at our **Melbourne office - 530 Collins Street, Melbourne VIC 3000**: - **Start Date**: Monday 25th August 2025 - **Salary**: $60,500 + 12% Super + performance-based incentives (_pro rata for part-time_) - **Work Model**: In-office during training & hybrid working post-probation - **Training**: 7 weeks of onsite full-time paid training (Mon-Fri, 8:30am-4:30pm) - Please note: No leave can be taken during the training period_ **Shift Patterns** **Full-Time Positions (x2 available)**: - Monday to Friday Start window of 8:00am-10:00am - 37.5 hrs/week (7.5-hour shifts) **Part-Time Positions (x10 available)**: - **Option 1**:Monday to Friday Start between 8:00am-10:00am - 25 hrs/week (5-hour shifts) - **Option 2**: Monday to Friday Start between 10:00am-12:00pm - 25 hrs/week (5-hour shifts) - Note: "Start window" means shifts will commence anytime within that range based on roster requirements.
