An opportunity exists for an individual looking to utilise their workers compensation claims expertise, analytical and problem-solving skills to identify opportunities to improve the customer experience. As a Claims Specialist working in the Customer Service Team, your focus in this role will be to identify and implement strategies and programs to achieve an improved customer experience.

**You'll be responsible for**:

- Monitoring, analysis of and reporting on metrics
- The investigation and review of process/policy/claims
- Connecting with customers and working collaboratively with our teams
- Advising on and supporting the implementation of improvement opportunities in order to deliver improved outcomes for customer experience, frontline experience and business efficiency and effectiveness.
- Supporting the development and growth of stakeholder relationships.
- Challenging the status quo to ensure program delivers a target customer experience model that can be leveraged across all channels
- Ensuring compliance with AAL project governance structures and other applicable internal and external risk, audit and compliance frameworks.

**Important to your success**:

- VIC Workers Comp Scheme experience is essential
- A passion for helping our customers and delivering a great customer experience
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build strong, lasting relationships
- The ability to identify and implement business improvement initiatives
- Experience in case management within a personal injury setting
- Resilience and a proven ability to work in a highly energetic environment
- Project management skills/experience will be highly regarded, however are not essential
