**In this role, you'll**:
Join NSW TrainLink as a Change Manager where you will contribute to strategic decision making through designing and delivering change programs supporting a number of projects across the agency.

You’ll work closely with a broad range of stakeholders to develop integrated change management plans that are practical and fit for purpose.

This is a hands-on Change role with broad responsibilities requiring a dynamic and resilient team player.

We are looking to fill 2 permanent full time positions.

Please note, occasional travel to sites within the NSW TrainLink regional network may be required based on project requirements.

**About you**

You are a collaborative Change Manager with proven experience delivering solutions that enhance ways of working and drive capability uplift.

With a curious and open mindset. you bring a demonstrated track record in delivering sound change management advice ideally in a regulated and unionised environment.

Your resilience, determination, and ability to overcome unexpected challenges that can arise in a highly operational landscape will prove beneficial to your success.

You are tertiary qualified and/or have equivalent relevant practical change management experience.
