**How will I help?**

The Customer and Business Bank (CBB) Institute is the gateway for learning and development for the approximately 18000 employees within the CBB division. The Manager, Reporting and Insights is responsible for providing robust reporting and analytical insights through deep utilisation and interpretation of business and learning data sources. We are open to location for this role, it can be based in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane or Adelaide.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Managing end-to-end CBB Institute reporting requests (cyclical and predicative)
- Analysis and insight generation of capability and people data to inform business decision making.
- Management of CBB Institutes databases, metrics data processes and business intelligence tools
- Providing learning metrics for dashboards, reporting and evaluation requirements
- Provide solutions and recommends to business challenges using data driven rationale.
- Provide ongoing improvements to metrics data processes and reporting approach.
- To support the CBB Institute team with ongoing learning data requirements

**What do I need?**

A background or exposure to corporate learning and or HR/people metrics would be helpful but is not essential. You will be highly analytical, logical and a critical thinker with an eye for detail and finding efficiencies. Ideally you will have experience working within large, complex organisations with a track record of delivering business outcomes. You will possess strong data visual skills and have excellent planning and organising skills, including using corporate data systems.

A proven ability to build strong senior stakeholder relationships to be able to communicate complex topics to non
- technical audiences is essential. You will have a continuous improvement mindset and be able to operate in a changing environment.
