THE ICONIC Finance Team consists of Financial Control & Reporting (Financial Reporting, Accounts Payable, FinTech), Financial Planning & Analysis, Payroll, Tax & Treasury, Fraud, Legal, Procurement, and Risk and Controls. As trusted business partners, we support all teams across THE ICONIC in executing the business strategy, driving growth and shareholder value, and mitigating risk, allowing THE ICONIC to continue to provide a seamless and inspiring customer experience.

**A bit about the role**

The role of Financial Reporting Manager sits within our Financial Reporting Team and is responsible for the efficient delivery of business performance reporting (month/quarter/year end), internal and external audit, and ad hoc projects. The role reports to our Financial Controller and also works closely with key operational departments across our business.

This role is an excellent opportunity for an experienced finance manager with strong IFRS technical knowledge and ASX listed reporting experience.

**Key deliverables include**:

- Oversee the monthly management reports to ensure accurate analysis and commentaries
- Manage the month-end close process, review balance sheet reconciliations and prepare report submissions to the Group
- Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, including monthly, quarterly, and annual statements
- Monitor and analyse financial performance against budgets and forecasts and provide insightful recommendations
- Supervise and mentor financial reporting team members, ensuring they have the necessary resources and training to perform their roles effectively
- Manage the team deliverables around financial and statutory reporting
- Take a proactive and hands-on approach in resolving finance matters which arise within the team and across the business
- Identify opportunities to improve existing process and implement new process as well as being a key influencer

**Here's what you need to set you off on an ICONIC journey**
- 8+ years' experience in financial accounting
- Experience in the retail/ecommerce industry
- CA/CPA qualified (or international equivalent)
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or Commerce
- Proven working experience managing a small team
- Experienced in ASX listed reporting is required
- Strong knowledge of IFRS accounting standards
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Experience in Business Central would be advantageous
