Job Opportunity**:Reporting & Data Manager (Fixed Term)**

We are seeking a proactive and adaptable **Reporting & Data Manager**to join **BGIS**on a fixed-term basis based in **Sydney CBD.**In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring compliance, service delivery, and the efficient reporting of data within the scope of our contracts.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Ensure management, reporting, and service delivery compliance with contractual obligations.
- Maintain and oversee MIS/CMMS systems in collaboration with account managers.
- Act as the primary point of contact for all Requests for Information.
- Manage statutory compliance, ensuring timely and accurate reporting for both internal and client requirements.
- Analyze and report on contract performance, including financial data and service delivery KPIs.
- Develop and manage BGIS processes, ensuring consistency with business systems.
- Collaborate with the Facilities Management team to improve performance and service delivery.

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- Strong communication skills with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint).
- Demonstrated experience in managing multi-disciplinary teams and producing management, financial, and performance reports.
- Ability to analyze complex property and financial data, specifically KPIs.
- Experience in facilities management or a related industry.
- High School Certificate (essential); Tertiary qualifications in facilities management or related field (desirable).
