**How will I help?**

This role exists to manage and prepare all internal and external environmental reporting for Westpac Group, manage Westpac’s environmental reporting platform, support delivery of continuous improvement of data quality and completeness and the execution of Westpac’s Carbon Off-set program.

The role is varied in scope and will involve:

- Preparing all internal environmental reporting, including environmental performance tracking and exceptions management
- Managing the preparation of all external environmental reporting in relation to Westpac’s direct footprint such as Climate Active Carbon Neutral Standard for Organisations, NGERs, RE100 and DJSI submissions as well as contributions to Westpac Group’s Annual reporting suite
- Environmental reporting system setup and management
- Analytical lead supporting Westpac’s carbon off-set program

You will have a rare opportunity to interact with stakeholders from across the group including all business lines; Group Property, Commercial Services, Group Sustainability, Consumer Business, Finance, Business, and others as may be required to deliver on the objectives of the role.

**What do I need?**

This role requires strong analytical skills, an eye for detail, excellent stakeholder engagement and planning skills. To be successful you will have:

- 5 years+ environmental reporting experience
- Strong analytical skills and problem-solving ability; demonstrable experience managing data quality and completeness
- Demonstrated experience managing and meeting reporting timetables
- Familiar with Climate Active, NGERs and other local and/or global regulatory and voluntary environmental reporting standards
- Possesses good interpersonal skills /relationship management skills.
- Envizi system management experience desirable but not essential
- Relevant post graduate study in environmental management or environmental science well regarded
