About the role

As a Loyalty Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in growing customer/donor loyalty, enhance brand advocacy, and increase donor retention and frequency through the delivery of our loyalty strategy. Your role is to plan and deliver Lifeblood’s future state loyalty programs, value proposition and engagement initiatives.

Working in closely with the Head of Lifecycle Marketing and collaboratively across marketing, the wider enterprise and external partners, you'll be accountable for delivering continuous improvements and innovation in the loyalty space to achieve class-leading CX and commercial outcomes that contribute life-giving donations for life-changing outcomes.

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience developing, implementing and overseeing strategic loyalty marketing initiatives.
- Management of customer loyalty programs, including point systems, rewards, incentives, and tactical offers.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Strong understanding of consumer behaviour and experience leading behaviour-change initiatives.
- Strategic thinker with a creative mindset and the ability to develop innovative solutions to drive improvements in the loyalty space.
- Project management skills to lead initiatives from conception to execution.
