**About the role**

In this role, you will play a crucial part in fostering customer / donor loyalty, boosting brand advocacy, and enhancing donor retention and engagement through the implementation of our loyalty strategy.

You will support the development and implementation of Lifeblood’s future loyalty programs, value propositions, and donor engagement initiatives. Collaborating closely with the Loyalty Manager, the Lifecycle Marketing team, Donor Experience counterparts, and various marketing and enterprise partners, you will contribute to the success of current programs and the delivery of future enhancements.

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Project Management or a related field.
- Experience in a similar role in CRM/Loyalty programs or Customer Engagement Marketing.
- Experience supporting and contributing to a fast paced, multi-faceted project.
- Involvement with and understanding of customer loyalty programs, including point earn and redeem structures, rewards, incentives, and tactical offers.
- Proven analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actions.
- Demonstrable understanding of consumer behaviour and desire to ‘know’ the customer.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments internally and with external partners.
- Proactive contributor, problem solver and creative thinker that can deliver recommendations to improve the customer experience, processes, and deliver on business requirements.
- Project management skills to support the process as well as executing the outcome.
- Excellent written and grammatical skills; attention to detail and quality in all work,
- High level of computer skills, with well-developed MS-Office suite skills
- Experience in managing processes with sensitive data.
