Vue de monde is seeking an experienced and dedicated **Head Host/Reservations Coordinator** to join our team. This dual role is pivotal in ensuring a seamless and aspirational experience for all Level 55 guests. You will be the primary point of contact for our guests, managing their journey from reservations to their arrival and dining experience.

Key Responsibilities **Head Host**:

- Acting as the primary point of contact for all guests attending Level 55
- Providing exceptional customer service and assistance to guests at Vue de monde, Lui Bar, and Events.
- Ensure a smooth arrival and entrance for all guests.
- Collaborate closely with the restaurant, reservations, and administration teams to deliver a consistent and high-quality dining experience.
- Greeting and seating guests on their arrival at the restaurant
- Assist with the service of Food and beverage.
- Setting and arranging tables.

Key Responsibilities **Reservations Coordinator**:

- Handle guest reservations efficiently across all venues for daily operations and special events.
- Streamline the reservations process to maximise service delivery and business opportunities.
- Act as the main point of contact for the operations teams, ensuring clear and timely communication of daily reservations and procedural changes.
- Upsell over the phone, providing guests with comprehensive knowledge of our menus and produce.
- Perform general office and administrative management tasks.
- Proven experience in a fine dining or similar high-end hospitality environment, with expertise as a Host.
- Proven experience working with a reservation and/or point of sale system.
- Demonstrated excellence in customer service and exceptional communication skills.
- Ability to perform effectively under pressure and maintain composure during busy periods.
- Flexibility in scheduling, including the ability to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
- Possession of a valid Victorian Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate.
- A desire to perform at the highest level
- Certificate in hospitality

This is a full-time position that will require flexibility and weekend work, your shifts and may comprise of a combination of day and night shifts in accordance with business demands.

**Remuneration**:
$73,150 + Superannuation
