**Part-time Customer Service Representative**

Jacksons Drawing Supplies is a long-established WA family owned company seeking a Part-Time Customer Service Representative at our **Head Office in Balcatta**.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Customer Support & Sales**:Provide technical product advice, process orders, generate quotes, and follow up on inquiries.
- **Problem-Solving**: Handle customer concerns professionally and find effective solutions.
- **Order & Payment Processing**: Process sales, invoices, and payments with accuracy and efficiency.
- **Relationship Building**: Foster strong connections with customers and maintain a high level of service.

- **Customer-first attitude** - You genuinely enjoy helping people.

Strong **problem-solving and conflict resolution** skills.
- **Excellent communication skills** - both verbal and written.
- **Computer-savvy** - Comfortable using Outlook, Excel, Word, and willing to learn new software.
- **Ability to prioritize and multitask** - Handling multiple customer orders, inquiries, and follow-ups with ease.
- **Attention to detail** - Accuracy is key when processing orders and payments. Knowledge of **art materials** (or willingness to learn quickly).
- A **positive, can-do attitude** and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
