**What this job involves**:
We are seeking an Assistant Property Manager to assist with the day-to-day operations of a cross section of operational and safety aspects of the properties. You will ensure the implementation and adherence to established policies and client directives. Essential to this role will be the provision of best-in-class customer service to customers, contractors, and all visitors to the property.
Please note this role is working 4 days per week
**A snapshot of the role**:
Responsible for the management of general commercial property administration, such as lease administration, invoice processing, arrears management, critical date management and filing.
Support in the management and administration of contracts/contractors.
Assist with tenant liaison and requests.
Assist with risk and compliance management.
Support the site team with new site initiatives such as, but not limited to, sustainability initiatives, events, tenant engagement and other site initiatives.
Assist with the management of the JLL and client risk and compliance systems.
Assist with preparation of budgets, outgoings recoveries, forecasts, and quarterly reports.

A demonstrated ability to work within operating commercial property with a high volume of customers.
Use, promote, establish, and implement any, and all technology-based systems to gain operational efficiencies for the properties.
A positive approach to meeting client and customer ’s needs and investment ideals.
The ability to empathise with tenant needs and a demonstration of a proactive customer service.
An ability to comfortably communicate with people at all levels.
Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Excellent organisational, time management & administrative skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Tertiary qualifications are desirable
