**The Opportunity**

To provide support to the property team, dealing with the BAU, providing polite and efficient turn around with our site mentors, dealing with urgent repairs, site visits, updating reports, collating information on behalf of the individual programs.

**Key Accountabilities**
- Provide property and project coordination support
- Manage and update the property database
- Production or and understanding of property reporting
- Continued innovation and process improvement
- Communication with landlords and property managers
- Administration and other ad hoc duties
- Ensure Rent Review, Lease Option terms and Lease Expiries are up to date
- Manage contractor payments
- Attending to repairs & maintenance issues
- Conducting routine inspections of our properties (no Saturdays)

- Proven work history demonstrating motivation and initiative.
- Preferably at least 2 years of experience in property management.
- Outstanding track record in customer service.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Demonstrated resilience in handling challenges.
- Proficiency in technology with a high level of confidence.
- Familiarity with property management software will be advantage.
