As an experienced PM you **MUST** hold a current Property Management Registration, your own vehicle, current driver’s licence and experience using Property Management Software. Some knowledge of trust accounting is favourable but not essential. We operate in a multi-faceted industry that requires excellent communication, computer and organisational skills.

As this role is within a fast-paced environment you will need to hit the ground running, self-manage your work load and provide a service that will continue to see M/Property at the forefront of our industry.

**Duties and Responsibilities**

Your primary duties and responsibilities will include:

- Managing a portfolio of properties;
- Leasing;
- Final Inspections;
- Routine inspection;
- Rent Reviews and Lease Renewals;
- Management of Arrears;
- Repairs & Maintenance;
- Landlord and Tenant Liaison; and
- Assisting with other general property management duties.
- Landlord relationship building.

**Salary**: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Chatswood, NSW 2067: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Project management: 2 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Current Certificate of Registration (Real Estate) (preferred)
- Driver Licence (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)

Work Location: In person
