**The Opportunity**:
The Learning Design Lead provides learning design services across a broad range of internal development programs to uplift capability and awareness across the organisation.

Working closely with colleagues in the People & Capability function and broader business stakeholders, the Learning Design Lead will design, develop, and deliver blended-learning content and programs to support high-quality, meaningful learning experiences.

The Learning Design Lead will also contribute to a range of development related initiatives, helping to identify future skill requirements aligned with the strategic direction and priorities of ElectraNet.

**About You**:
To be successful in this critical role, you will possess the following:

- Strong organisational skills and proven success in planning, delivering and coordinating large scale learning programs/projects, including the ability to develop planning and operational documents.
- Strong prior experience in the development of training and learning content.
- Ability to source information required to be incorporated into LMS training material.
- Work collaboratively with Business Stakeholders to define the training scope and priority and obtain agreement and approval on training material.
- Ability to work independently, as a team and proactively as necessary to progress the development of required training material.
