Learning and Development Advisor

**(HEO7) $101,785 - $113,839 per annum plus an employer contribution of 17% superannuation applies.**

As we prepare to launch Adelaide University in January 2026, we're seeking a Learning and Development Advisor who will play an important role in supporting our staff development initiatives and building capability across the institution.

You'll work as part of a team that takes a modern approach to learning and development - moving beyond traditional training delivery to create meaningful learning experiences that support both individual growth and organisational performance.

**What you'll do**

Working closely with the Manager, Leadership and Talent Development, you will:
**Design for impact**: Partner with stakeholders to understand real performance challenges and design learning solutions that drive measurable behavioural change and mission advancement.

**Enable collective learning**: Create cross-functional learning experiences that break down silos and build collaborative intelligence to address complex institutional challenges.

**Co-design solutions**: Engage with end-users as partners in identifying root causes and developing learning solutions, recognising that those closest to the work often have the best insights.

**Delivering diverse learning**:Design and deliver learning through various formats including face-to-face workshops, online modules, blended programs, and coaching conversations.

**To be successful you will need**:

- Demonstrated experience in performance consulting or learning design that goes beyond traditional training delivery
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and modern learning science
- Experience designing and developing online and blended learning programs that drive behavioural change
- Proven ability to build collaborative relationships with diverse stakeholders and facilitate co-design processes
- Excellent written communication skills for developing learning resources, project plans, reports, and web content
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a dynamic environment
