**About the Role**
The Administration Assistant works closely with the Disability Accommodation Services Manager and Coordinators to ensure that all NDIS service requirements, such as preparation of quotes, and all other general day to day operational documentation is up to date. The role will also include undertaking general administration tasks to support the accommodation team, NDIS approvals of clients currently living within supported accommodation and following up client service and accommodation agreements.
**Key duties include**:

- General office administration duties and data entry/management
- Request funding allocation request form and service agreements from NDIS administrator
- Monitor the delivery of service plans
- Communicate with key internal and external stakeholders
- Conduct relevant internal audits and reporting to the Accommodation Manager
- Assist the relevant managers to convert accommodation lead to business
- Provide additional support to the Accommodation Manager when required

**This role is being hired on a permanent full time basis and is located at our central office in Kewdale.**

**Skills & Experience**
**Key Requirements include**:

- Previous experience working within an administration environment is essential.
- Previous experience working within the NDIS is highly desirable but not essential.
- Previous experience working within the Disability Sector is highly desirable but not essential.
- Qualifications in fields relevant to the NDIS are highly desirable but not essential.
- Possess or willing to obtain
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- COVID-19 Vaccinations
- National Police Clearance
