**About The Role**

Reporting to the General Manager, this is a unique role you can mold into your own, whilst at the same time be encouraged by highly competent and dynamic senior leaders in the business. You will be instrumental in constructing and delivering marketing plans and initiatives that support a 7 branch network across Australia.

**Key accountabilities include**:

- Development and execution of a marketing strategy and eCommerce agenda
- Lead brand ownership, consistency and awareness - driving the marketing plan and brand guidelines across the organisation
- Develop creative briefs to meet objectives for all digital and print marketing campaigns
- New product release and execution in conjunction with the business development unit
- Grow an audience across all online channels and manage customer feedback
- Manage strategy and content for a wide variety of digital marketing platforms (EDM’s, Website, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter), including SEO content and Google performance
- Reputation management via the monitoring, review of websites and social platforms, and responding where appropriate to protect the brand
- Produce marketing communications consistent with brand guidelines and compliance, such as, advertisements, reports, flyers, brochures, direct mail etc.
- Collaborative approach to inventory awareness and promotion to internal and external clients
- Sponsorships and advertising strategy and management
- Point of sale promotional material (consistent National showroom display)
- Product promotion strategy - photography and image library development and maintenance
- Customer survey management
- Monitor marketing industry news and submit reports on emerging trends
- Evaluate and measure effectiveness of marketing campaigns
- Analyse results and recommend/implement strategic adjustments to the annual marketing plan in order to continually strive towards achievement of organisational goals
- Market research related to brand perception, customer satisfaction, new product development and new marketing opportunities

**About You**:

- A degree in Marketing or similar
- Digital marketing experience
- Strong graphic design expertise across a range of digital tools
- Strong content writer with an eye for detail
- Campaign and project management skills
- Eloquent communicator who is confident liaising with various stakeholders
- Excellent time management skills
- An obsessive attention to detail
- Understanding of digital customer experience and the eCommerce landscape
