About the Role - TASKS & RESPONSIBILITES (not limited to)
- Looking after customers focusing on Mediterranean markets (Turkey, France, Italy, Spain, Greece)
- Account Management - taking responsibility for the client retention strategy of strategic accounts across all business units (sea, air, 3PL)Business Development - pursue new business opportunities and lead the company's sales and marketing strategies for key clients.
- Active sales and marketing role - conducting regular sales and services call for both existing and prospective clients, building relationship and identifying growth opportunities.
- Strategic planning & developing of marketing strategies and concepts using the 4P’s and ICT knowledge;
- Research market conditions including interpreting and predicting current and future customers trends and business opportunities;
- Orchestration of CRM activities
About You - Qualification & Experience
- Good understanding of the International Forwarding business
- Product & Industry knowledge
- Minimum 2-3 years working with the Forwarding industry (Sales / Marketing)
- Multi-lingual language skills preferable (English, Turkish, French preferred)
- CargoWise One (CW1) experience
- MS office skills
- Self-Motivated
- Able to close the deal
- Strong Customer orientated
- The ability to manage competing priorities
- Clear oral and written communication skills
- Efficient planning and organizational skill
- The ability to work both autonomously and with a team
