One of our key clients based in Sydney is looking for an ERP Data Lead for an initial 6 months with long term extensions or a potential 2yr fixed term contract.

This is a 3-year program of work, and the client will consider SAP, Oracle, Workday etc. Australian Residents / Citizens based in Sydney

**Key Skills and Requirements**
- Minimum 10 years ERP Data Lead experience
- Broad exposure and a strong understanding across data modelling, data governance, data management, data analytics and operational data best practices, data reporting, data quality.
- Experience working in large data transformation projects within complex organisational environments, and in leading highly strategic and transformational business initiatives.
- Strong track record in managing complex stakeholder interests and expectations.
- Previous experience with multiple complex ERP systems implementations preferred (e.g. Oracle, SAP, Workday)
- Exposure to Enterprise Service Management concepts and ideally ServiceNow is preferred.
- End-to-end delivery skills derived from multiple large-scale ERP transformations, including hands on design, configuration and testing capabilities in ERP software, and project leadership capability managing staff with similar skills.
- Strong capabilities in data modelling, database design, master data management, data attribute definition and entity relationship modelling
- Current and target state data and information strategy and architecture design skills along with associated roadmap development and business benefit definition.
- Deep skills in business analytics, reporting requirements development, data warehousing design and business intelligence.
- Good stakeholder management experience
- Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
- Strong documentation skills
- Australian Permanent Resident / Citizen / NZ Citizen
