Showroom Sales Consultant

Do you have a natural interest in design, interiors and construction?
Would you like to design and sell the fireplace dream to our residential customers in a showroom surrounded by luxury fireplaces in a supportive team environment?
Be developed to become a sales consultant of luxury fireplaces. If you have an interest or previous experience in design, interiors or construction this will help you to craft solutions for our clients home fireplace projects. Experience is not essential, as full training will be provided to you by our friendly and highly experienced technical and sales team.
In the role you will guide your clients through the fireplace selection process and see the vision you created with them come to life and be constructed by our team of experienced fireplace installers and trades craftsmen.
About the **Showroom Sales Consultant Role**:
Your day to day activities in our Rozelle showroom will include:
- Welcoming clients into our showroom
- Educating clients about the different fireplace brands and showing the fireplaces in operation
- Assisting clients with their fireplace selection
- Suggesting ideas for a complete and final design - including mantle pieces, stone surrounds, cabinetry, shelving etc - dream & create with your clients
- Utilise design images from brochures, magazines, instagram and our catalogue of previous installation photos
- Construct quotes for fireplace projects to be fully installed
- Booking site consultations for our installers to finalise the quote and project requirements
- Assisting builders, designers, architects and trade partners visiting the showroom
- Ensuring a neat, tidy and presentable showroom
- Receiving and processing payments
- Completing sales administration to support the fireplace ordering and installation
- Notifying the installation team of new fireplace projects that are proceeding
- Preparing documents on Word, Excel & Google Docs
If you have knowledge of the below it would be desirable but **not** essential:
- Mac Laptop or iPhone
- ServiceM8 Software
- PipeDrive or other CRM Software
- Interior Design
- Construction Knowledge
- Sales or Customer Service Experience
