This business has their showroom located in the inner southern suburbs close to the CBD and has been operating in Australia for over 15 years. They represent a number of architecturally-designed light fittings and custom fixtures and is known for their high-end brands that are generally the first choice for architects & designers & members of the general public who want high quality light fittings for their homes.

**POSITION**

An Internal Customer Service & Showroom Sales position has now become available due to company growth.
- Attending to customer walk-ins and enquiries
- Preparing quote estimates from floor plans/architectural drawings
- Maintaining & updating the client database
- Sales admin - preparing contracts, sales reports & calendar bookings
- General administration duties

**EXPERIENCE REQUIRED**

To be considered for this position it is vital that you have the below experience:

- Proven track record of **ANY** Retail Sales, Internal Sales, Showroom Consultant, Customer Service or Project Coordination type of role of **ANY** Background
- Ability to work engage key stakeholders and clients in a professional manner with customer service as a key focus
- **Must be able to work weekends on a rotating roster**:

- Proficient with CRM systems
- High presentation, attention to detail, well-spoken and team player mentality
