**To be successful in this role you will need to be able to**:
- Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture
- Promote continuous improvement and collaborative decision making
- Train, coach and mentor team members to achieve organizational and individual goals
- Monitor and motivate team performance to deliver and exceed individual key performance indicators
- Support the development and implementation of key strategies to build a capable and customer focused team
**Applicants will need to have**:
- Previous team leadership and coaching experience in a customer service and sales environment (minimum 5 years)
- Proven ability to lead and mentor teams to reach KPI’s
- Well developed communication and interpersonal skills
- Exceptional time management skills with the ability to work under pressure
- Proactive approach to dealing with issues
- Ability to adapt to change in a dynamic, fast paced environment
