Service Design Lead

**About the role**

As Service Design Lead you will be part of the Customer Experience team and will play a vital role in supporting the delivery of priorities within the Customer Experience Program of Work.

Some of your key responsibilities will include:

- Collaborate with diverse project teams and end users, including the Information and Communication and Technology team, internal service providers, customer facing teams and vendors to deliver the Customer Experience Strategy
- Coordinate project priorities to ensure that all tasks and deliverables are proceeding according to the schedule and communicated across the business

**About you**

To be successful in this role you will have:

- A relevant tertiary degree or professional qualification and/or substantial equivalent experience
- Qualifications in change management, organisational development or Customer Experience
- The ability to lead customer experience improvement projects
- High level of interpersonal and communication skills to liaise with stakeholders across council
- Belief in our values of communication, collaboration, integrity, efficiency and leadership

**About the benefits**

This is a fixed-term full-time position until 16 December 2025 with a salary commencing at $105,560 plus 12.5% superannuation.
