TRACER is a specialist human resources unit based in Ipswich, working to support Queensland state schools by sourcing and booking replacement teachers. The team is committed to providing quality services to clients to ensure quality relief teachers for our schools now and in the future.
To help the TRACER Unit in achieving its goals, we require a Customer Services Officer to
- Monitor and analyse daily workload and activity level to identify resource capacity to meet daily service delivery targets.
- Supervise and roster 11- 20 staff
- First escalation point for staff support, customer escalations and staff performance & behaviour.

**Our ideal applicant will have**:

- High level interpersonal skills.
- The ability to build positive working relationships & contribute to positive work environment
- Excellent organisation & time management skills to manage workload of self and the team
- Resilience & ability to remain calm & adapt to frequently changing workload
- Experience in leading a team, identifying staff performance training needs & undertaking appropriate action.

Please note there is a requirement for this role to start at 6am.
