**What will you do?**:
**The role**

As a Customer Service Assistant, you’ll be responsible for bringing positivity to every interaction. Welcoming people in-store, lending a helping hand and delighting customers, every day. It’s rewarding and fulfilling. And, with the opportunity to take on different roles across different departments, no two days are ever the same. Giving you greater opportunities to grow and learn, in a positive, flexible, and team-first environment.

You will get the opportunity to work in a variety of different areas of the store, such as:

- Delighting our customers on the shop floor
- Maintaining the presentation and availability of our beautiful products
- Supporting our dedicated customer service areas
- Organising our product in stock reserves and back of house areas
- Delivering an incredible online shopping experience for our click and collect and/or home delivery customers
