**About the Role**
Ventia has been awarded a five-year partnership with Telstra to provide lifecycle management and fixed network services for Telstra’s digital infrastructure.

Ventia’s Telecommunication Team in Melbourne is seeking a Project Services Coordinator, who will be responsible for providing administrative support and ensuring effective communication with clients and internal teams. This permanent part-time position is ideal for someone with excellent organisational and communication skills, high attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

**Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to**:

- Support the Telepower team with administrative tasks, data management, and client communications.
- Transfer and enter design and construction data between systems accurately and on time.
- Monitor project progress, follow up on work orders, and report issues.
- Manage the group mailbox to ensure timely responses and communication.
- Handle contractual addendums and process client contract submissions.
- Maintain and update project status reports and organise project documents.
- T**o be successful, you will have**:

- Experience in a similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Accurate data entry skills and high attention to detail.
- The ability to work autonomously and within a team environment
- A resilient and proactive individual with adaptable interpersonal and organisational skills.
