**Your new role**

The Services Coordinator is responsible for oversight of the contractor verification process, involving observation of work as it is performed to assess that:

- Safety performance is met
- Quality controls are met
- Efficiency of work execution
- Tasks are completed under the terms of the associated contract

The focus of the role will be on contractors providing central services to the site (including painting, lagging, cranes, civil work and industrial cleaning).
- Demonstrate an overriding commitment to health, safety, environmental responsibility and sustainable development.
- Manage stakeholder engagement between the owners team job owners and contracting partners
- Providing contractor oversight in accordance with the intent of the EH Contractor Oversight model.
- Conduct workplace investigations as required and provide communication of safety related matters to work teams and line managers.
- Identify and support continuous improvement activities associated with job planning and execution.
- Work with the other functional teams to build and enhance teamwork and ensure compliance activities are accomplished in an agreed timely manner.
- Cooperatively work with other functional teams to optimize the use of resources both within the area and across the site.
- The role will have some accountability for improving current procedures and processes.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Industrial experience including technical exposure to construction and control of work standards at a minimum
- Sound supervisory and mentoring experience
- Contractor management experience is desirable
