Our Maintenance and Industrial Services division specialises in the planning, management and execution of maintenance and shutdown works to the Energy Division. Our delivery of high-quality work within the Energy sector has earnt us a solid reputation and enviable relationship with some of the industry's leading operators.

Our Energy division is seeking a Services Coordinator. This role will be based in Darwin from Monday to Friday.

**Role Responsibilities**:

- Interface with operations, maintenance, engineering and outside vendors and subcontracted personnel to obtain specific information in relation to onshore maintenance requirements
- Provide expert advice, support, technical or functional information (related to estimating and work pack preparation) as required.
- Development and coordination of Mechanical work packs and supporting documentation to ensure efficient execution
- Coordinating maintenance activities in accordance with client procedures and standards, through to implementation of maintenance execution plans
- Overseeing the full spectrum of planning, taking into account materials, resourcing and equipment procurement
- Maintaining and developing a knowledge base of maintenance management systems and planning tools with daily use of SAP

**What you will bring**
- Mechanical trade or engineering qualification
- Relevant Scaffolding and Rigging qualification
- Experience with scaffold compliance tracking systems
- Knowledge and experience creating detailed scaffolding work packs
- Knowledge and experience creating manning profiles and rosters
- Knowledge and experience working in an onshore or offshore maintenance environment
- Experience with CMMS systems, preferably SAP system
- Proficiency in the use of key Microsoft products (Word & Excel)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to foster interpersonal relationships across all levels
