**About you**:

- Experience: At least 2 years in a dealership environment, specifically in Finance & Insurance
- Ambitious & Willing to Grow: Eager to develop and advance within our organisation
- Goal-Oriented: Committed to achieving success with a focused mindset
- Team Player: Comfortable working closely within a dedicated sales team

- Finance, Insurance, and Car Care Sales: Offer a full suite of Mercedes-Benz financial products
- Early Customer Engagement: Build customer relationships from the start to provide tailored finance solutions
- Lead Management: Accurately record all customer interactions in our lead management system
- Compliance: Uphold all regulatory standards and company policies
