**About the Role**:
As a **Cluster Manager**, you will oversee multiple stores within your region, working closely with the Retail Management Team to drive success across all locations. Reporting to the Area/State Manager, you’ll be responsible for operational excellence, meeting sales targets, driving financial growth, and upholding our high standards of customer service. Your responsibilities will include:

- Leading and inspiring store teams across your cluster, providing mentorship and guidance.
- Managing key operational tasks including rostering, inventory management, visual merchandising, reporting, recruitment, training, and coaching.
- Driving sales and achieving KPI targets across multiple stores.
- Cultivating a strong culture that aligns with Nine West’s values.
- Identifying and addressing loss prevention opportunities.
- Ensuring compliance with all policies and procedures across all locations.

**About You**:

- Previous experience in retail management, ideally in fashion retail.
- Proven success in exceeding KPIs.
- Strong leadership and mentoring abilities, with a track record of team development.
- Collaborative, team-oriented attitude with a focus on driving results.
- A strategic mindset with the ability to manage multiple stores effectively.
- A deep understanding of retail operations and best practices.
