4. To support our strateg growth and operational efficiency, we are now seeking an experienced **Program/Project Administrator** to join our team. This role offers the opportunity to work in a fast-faced, global environment and contribute to the smooth execution of business operations. We offer a competitive remuneration package ($80,000 to $90,000 plus superannuation) and a supportive workplace that values professional development and career progression.
- Tertiary qualifications in business administration, project management, logistics, or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience as a Project or Program Administrator, preferably in logistics, supply chain, or freight forwarding.
- Strong organisational and planning skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven analytical skills, with the ability to prepare and present project reports.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools such as Microsoft Office, Extensive and Cargowise (Wise Cloud)
- A proactive, detail-oriented approach with the ability to work both independently and in a team environment.

**Key Duties and Responsibilities**
The Project / Program Administrator will be responsible for:

- Coordinating resources, meetings, communications, financial records, and documentation for projects and programs.
- Developing project and program frameworks, organising and delegating tasks to ensure smooth delivery.
- Liaising with professionals, business owners, and senior management to ensure deadlines and compliance requirements are met.
- Advising senior management on matters requiring attention and supporting the implementation of strategic decisions.
- Maintaining CRM, sales, and compliance records to ensure seamless handover and reporting accuracy.
- Ensuring all project documentation is current, compliant, and accessible.
- Collating and review supplier and subcontractor quotes to assist the estimating team
- Gather supporting materials, track deadlines, and maintain tender registers
- Overseeing contractor performance, monitoring progress, and reporting on work order variations.
- Preparing and reviewing submissions, reports, and documentation concerning organisational activities.
- Collecting and analysing project data, and reporting outcomes to internal and external stakeholders.

**How to Apply**
