About the role

This is an exciting full-time Warehouse/Transport Administrator role based in Truganina, Victoria. As a key member of the APEX SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGEMENT (AU) PTY. LIMITED' team, you will be responsible for providing critical administrative support to the warehouse and transport operations.

What you'll be doing

  • Coordinating and processing inbound and outbound freight bookings and documentation
  • Providing administrative support to the warehouse team, including order processing, stock control, and inventory management
  • Liaising with suppliers, carriers, and customers to ensure the timely and accurate movement of goods
  • Chep / Loscam reconciliation reports, queries.
  • Assisting with the implementation of new processes and systems to drive continuous improvement
  • Providing backup support to the wider administrative team as required
  • Greating and assisting drivers on arrival.

What we're looking for

  • Experience in warehouse Administration and transport is an advantage.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Proficiency in using relevant software applications, such as warehouse management systems, ERP, and Microsoft Office suite
  • A keen eye for detail and a problem-solving mindset
  • A valid Australian driver's licence
