Act as primary client contact for your scope, maintaining clear communication and strong relationships
Identify risks early and implement corrective actions to protect program and margin
Support and guide project engineers and site teams as required
What You'll Bring
Minimum 3+ years of proven Project Management experience in mechanical, HVAC, or building automation contracting
Exposure to large, complex projects (healthcare, data centres, or commercial), ideally with responsibility for a defined scope or package
Strong working knowledge of HVAC systems, mechanical services, and building automation
Proficiency with SimPRO
Ability to read and interpret builder/consultant drawings and schematics
Familiarity with BMS platforms (Niagara, etc), PLCs, BACnet/Modbus, and controls integration (coordination level only)
Solid understanding of NCC/BCA compliance and AS/NZS wiring standards

Degree or trade qualification in Mechanical, Electrical, or Refrigeration
Experience delivering projects in hospitals, data centres, or live environments
Hands-on exposure to Niagara frameworks or similar BMS platforms
Track record of improving forecasts mid-project to protect program and margin
Calm, credible communicator – firm, fair, client-focused
