We provide software and services for the real estate industry, via our digital employee platform named RiTA. Using artificial intelligence and automation, we help our customers create conversations that build trusted relationships with their communities. With this growth, we are looking for a wonderful new individual to join our team at the heart of the customer acquisition and account management process to ensure we deliver a world class customer experience and assist real estate agents to reach their potential. ABOUT THE ROLE The Primary responsibility of the Campaign Activations role is to interpret the data and information supplied by the various stakeholders and turn on our user base with the appropriate campaign. You will be working closely with a team of dedicated Activation Specialists, Customer Success Managers and Sales Agents to implement our software solution for our customers. Where you will make an impact: - Set up our customers for enduring success with the appropriate campaigns as directed by team members - Identifying opportunities and ensure customer satisfaction and success - Strong communication skills with the ability to confidently manage customer expectations - Coordinates and collaborates with internal functional teams to provide a seamless and outstanding customer experience - Become an expert on RiTA Automation/Call List Set Up to help create enduring value for customersA - ssist in identifying improvements to current processes in the onboarding and account management areas of the business. - Collect product feedback from customers (and during automation set up) and share with the relevant teams. - Take responsibility, initiative and coordinate internally to ensure clients are supported and achieving their goals Some other general information: - Flexible working conditions, including the ability to work remotely - Grow at own pace through our eLearning platform "ASPIRE" including full access on LinkedIn and Udemy - An inclusive and diverse workspace - we celebrate it - Hybrid working model & flexible working hours - Paid volunteer days for your favourite cause - Physical and Mental Wellness Programs Job Qualifications: ABOUT YOU Firstly, you will need to share our values which are curiosity, care and always doing the next best right thing - in other words constantly taking whatever steps are necessary to move forward.
