AiRE is a wholly owned subsidiary of CoreLogic, a global leader in property data. We provide software and services for the real estate industry, via our digital employee platform named RiTA. Using artificial intelligence and automation, we help our customers create conversations that build trusted relationships with their communities.

With this growth, we are looking for a wonderful new individual to join our team at the heart of the customer acquisition and account management process to ensure we deliver a world class customer experience and assist real estate agents to reach their potential.
ABOUT THE ROLE
The Primary responsibility of the Implementation Manager is welcome our new customers onboard and get their new accounts ready for activation by our team of dedicated client services AiREForcers
You will be working closely with a team of dedicated Activation Specialists, Customer Success Managers and Sales Agents to implement our software solution for our customers.
Where you will make an impact:
- Proactively oversee and manage the account activation process for all new customers- Manage any updates to the technical implementation as required- Communicating with all stakeholders involved to keep the process moving forward- Scheduling and coordinating our account onboarding meetings- Monitoring and closing out steps through the onboarding process- Ability to identify blockages in the activation process and keep the project moving forward- Strong communication skills with the ability to confidently manage customer expectations- Quality Assurance on all aspects of the activation process- Invoicing and arrears management

Firstly, you will need to share our values which are curiosity, care and always doing the next best right thing - in other words constantly taking whatever steps are necessary to move forward.
Practically, to succeed in this varied role, you probably need to have some, if not all, of this stuff:
- Experience in implementation and/or project management preferably in software as a service.- Key personal behaviours: self-starter, results-oriented, persuasive, multi-tasker, service-oriented and professional.- Proven ability to prioritise tasks and make informed decisions with an emphasis on getting results.- Strong verbal, phone, written communication skills, listening skills and attention to detail are highly valued.- Experience using a CRM, such as Pipedrive or Salesforce is an advantage- Be able to diagnose problems quickly and have foresight into potential issues
