**About The Opportunity**

Our Micromine Australia team, based in Brisbane, are currently seeking a Support Specialist to join them.

Being the largest and fastest-growing region of Micromine, this role will put you at the forefront of technical support for Micromine Spry customers, whilst also assisting with client training and product development.
- Receive, respond to and resolve customer enquiries
- Escalate technical issues and work with the dev team to resolve issues
- Work with the customer to ensure the software is being used to its optimum
- Provide clients with training and post go-live support
- Provide reporting, insights, continual improvement recommendations as required

**About You**

Ideally you have experience within Software or SAAS support.

Other key skills, experience, and qualifications:

- Experience with software or SAAS support, in a client facing role.
- Ideally experience with C#
- Comfortable with training customers on software.
- Experience or exposure to the mining industry will be highly regarded.
- Excellent communication skills.
