**About the role**

As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing first-class support and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Your role is critical in maintaining strong customer relationships and delivering exceptional service.

Key responsibilities include:

- Answering inbound calls professionally and directing inquiries efficiently
- Processing sales when necessary
- Logging and documenting customer interactions accurately
- Collaborating with different business units to improve customer experience
- Nurturing inbound leads and ensuring they are registered in the CRM correctly
- Assisting in refining support processes and contributing to team improvement initiatives

**About you**

You’ll be a great fit if you:

- Have a passion for technology and a keen ability to learn
- Are a natural communicator who enjoys building relationships
- Can prioritise tasks efficiently and work well under pressure
- Have previous customer service experience
- Have basic knowledge of the construction industry (a plus, but not essential)
