We are recruiting a Technical Lead to join a leading Australian creative technology team based in Sydney.
This team have a high-profile and ranked amongst Australia’s most innovative businesses. Working within the Technology Department and reporting to the Head of Technical Programs you will lead a team across a large retail brand who is undergoing significant digital transformation.
Your role will ensure seamless delivery - ensuring stakeholder satisfaction and milestones across budget, timelines and product testing are met. You can synthesise briefs and ensure all members of your team understand project requirements. Your background and experience managing complex tech projects, means you can estimate, plan and resource appropriately with close attention to utilisation and revenue measures. You’ll also take a leadership role across the mentorship and performance of your team.
As a Technical Program Lead you will have worked across a wide range of projects throughout your career which may include websites, microsites, eDM and digital experiences. You have exposure to a range of CMS systems (ie. Adobe AEM, Sitecore, Episerver) or large ecommerce platforms and can collaborate with developers, UX, UI and designers with a clear understanding of their world.
We are recruiting for a strong digital project lead with over 7 years of digital production experience. You have worked within dynamic, innovative project teams and on technical projects either in an agency, consultancy or client-side context.
