**THE ROLE**
Reporting to the E-Mobility Manager, the E-mobility Lead Qualification agent will support Origin drive day events and E-Mobility / Electric Vehicle sales pipeline through the qualification of potential and existing customers.
**This is an immediate start 3 month contract opportunity, with the possibility of extension**
You will be responsible for:
- Generation of business emobility leads
- Scheduling customers to attend E-Mobility events
- Reinvigorate leads within the sales pipeline to ascertain interest
- Follow up all sales opportunities and leads in a timely manner
- Resolution of customer queries/ issues
- Responding quickly to inbound leads
- Cold calling and developing new customer sales channels
- Undertake Competitor Intelligence as and when required
- Reporting of sales channel queries
**IS THIS YOU?**
You’ll need to be customer service focused, have a professional and outgoing communication style and be comfortable working closely with a wide range of internal and eternal stakeholders.
To be considered for this role you will have:
- Demonstrated ability to deliver exceptional customer
- Outstanding organisational and time management skills
- Strong stakeholder management
- Demonstrated problem solving experience
- Ability to work autonomously with excellent follow up capability
- Complaint resolution
- Customer relationship management
- Knowledge in the use and functionality of Salesforce and Gentrak would be highly regarded
