Role Overview:

As EV Technology Lead, you'll implement technology solutions required for us to lead the eMobility services market. This includes market scanning, collaborating on solution designs, managing vendors, and supporting delivery of technology solutions.

To succeed in the Energy Solutions team, you'll demonstrate deep technological expertise in EV charging solutions and a collaborative mindset to solve emerging challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

  • You will be accountable for supporting and implementing the eMobility technology strategy focused on services for customer experience and reliable connectivity.
  • Collaborate with the Energy Solutions Customer Solutions and Product Team to define and design market-leading eMobility technology solutions.
  • Maintain EV charging solutions across Charge Point Management Systems, Connectivity, Customer interface solutions (Native/web apps, RFID credit card etc), and achieve best-in-class customer performance including charger uptime and CX.
  • Manage technology vendors to defined performance criteria, retain and build external industry relationships, develop and implement commissioning and test procedures for new EV charging products and services.
  • Participate in industry, government, and standards consultations to drive the maturity of eMobility technologies in Australia and New Zealand.
  • Develop and maintain process and documentation for EV charging technology operations, driving reliability and uptime.
