**The Opportunity**
- Work across 2 premium assets in Melbourne CBD for our prestigious client account; Charter Hall
- Work on Charter Halls newest Premium commercial asset in Melbourne in a team environment with a Senior Facilities Manager and the Property Management team onsite also
- Ensure a high level of Customer satisfaction through the efficient and effective delivery of all building services within the building
- Risk management compliance and sustainability initiatives
- Manage the delivery of all Facilities Management services, tenant liaison and contractor management
- Multi million-dollar service agreements in place, opportunity to work across both hard and soft services

**About you**
- Facilities management experience preferably within a premium commercial asset
- The ability to build strong, effective working relationships with clients and colleagues
- A working knowledge of all property onsite facilities services, soft and had services
- Experienced in stakeholder management; tenants, clients, colleagues and contractors
