**Your Employer**
Our client is one of Australia's most successful diversified owner-developers. They have a recently created opportunity within their Office/retail division in Melbourne. The assets are predominantly office in nature, many with ground-floor retail tenants.

**The Role**
The Facilities Manager / Operations Manager will be responsible for a group of assets, ensuring they are maintained, compliant and fit for purpose for their tenants. Reporting to the Property Manager, your duties will include:

- Regular site inspections, compliance and remediation identification
- Tenant liaison, managing & assessing contractor works
- Reporting & CMMS utilisations for utilities, essential services and compliance
- Organise quotes and request for quotations for works or services
- Reporting and advising on improvements

You will be exposed to new property developments and how facilities and operations can influence the development process.

**Required**
We are looking for you to have experience in the Facilities Management industry.
- You will be fully conversant with building services and all relevant compliance regulations.
- Ideally qualification in trade, building, construction, facility management and/or property related field.
- Customer service excellence is paramount to the success of this role, with the FM acting as the main tenant liaison for most day-to-day matters.
