The Production Coordinator is all action; an essential and relied upon role in our business. Reporting to the Production Manager, you’ll work with Account Managers and Client Support teams across multiple departments to schedule, solve problems and ensure the smooth workflow onsite each day. You will be required to attend and interpret client briefs in order to implement the relevant production processes, manage day to day enquiries, problem-solving client issues, all the time providing the best possible customer experience to our property & creative clients.

**You’ll have the opportunity to**:

- **Own & Deliver**:Coordinate and maintain high-volume workflow, prepare, monitor, and communicate the status of quotes, orders, and jobs in progress, and coordinate all moving parts to ensure the delivery of show-stopping creative solutions.
- **Engage**:Coordinate internal and field teams, and operations, through scheduling, resourcing, and permitting to manage daily production.
- **Promote**:Identify and communicate client opportunities, and analyse and report on delivery, budget, deadline, and accuracy targets to monitor performance and promote innovation for continuous improvement.
- **Share**:Support the administrative and project management activities within teams to improve efficiencies and problem solve, and organise and actively participate in creative and production briefings as well as stakeholder meetings.

**Is this you?**

You’re organised, efficient, a Production Coordinator who understands the devil is in the detail. You are an exceptional communicator, can develop and nurture genuine relationships, and can juggle many cats without sustaining a single scratch. Ideally, you’ll have experience within a creative environment, but most importantly, can lead in fast-moving and high-pressure terrains to manage multiple deadlines to meet our ambitious targets.

**Essential for this role -**
- Prior experience in a similar role is preferred
- Exceptional attention to detail and a problem-solving attitude
