**Your Opportunity**
You’ll join a national team that are responsible for delivering KPMG’s early talent programs, including graduate and vacation programs, working alongside your peers in the delivery of the over-arching student recruitment strategy. Working closely with the Design and Delivery Lead, this is how your day could look:
- Responsible for updating the SharePoint channel, ensuring optimal functionality and user experience, managing the online calendar, and uploading documents including engagement materials, content, SOP’s.- Create SOP documents for any new processes for review, with best practice in mind.- Supporting managers with reporting and analysis of excel reports and dashboards.

You will have experience in administration, talent attraction or project management space, with an interest in effective and engaging communication, at scale. With an eye for detail and a love of process improvement, you will have worked in a high-volume environment with dynamic stakeholders and competing priorities.
