THE OPPORTUNITY
Reporting to the Business Analyst Manager, this role requires you to be responsible for the delivery of a range of administrative and reporting functions.
**The role will be responsible for**:
- Preparation of presentation documents to enable partnership meetings / functions.
- Preparation of on-going reports and information in relation to operational and partnership requirements.
- Preparation of data/reporting to support analysis functions as directed by the Manager.
- Preparation, administration and reporting of ongoing and ad-hoc surveys.
- Administrative tasks related to data management, team sites/documents and team/shared inboxes.
**To succeed in this role, you will have**:
- A Cert III/IV - Business or similar (desirable)
- Proven Intermediate to excellent skills in MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
- Prior experience in Business Administration.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
