**About the Role**

Origin is seeking a strategic and results-driven Non-Operated Asset Manager to lead performance and value creation from our Non-Operated assets. This role is a key part of the Leadership Team and will be instrumental in delivering Origin’s upstream strategy. You will lead technical and commercial teams, influence joint venture operations, and drive continuous improvement initiatives across our portfolio.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and execute strategies to optimise production and reduce long-term cost of supply from Non-Operated Assets.
- Drive performance across HSE, production, cost, and planning by leveraging JV agreements and influencing operator behaviours.
- Lead and develop a high-performing team integrating technical and commercial capabilities aligned with Origin’s values.
- Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to increase value and reduce investment risk.
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and assurance processes for Non-Operated Assets, including production, capital programs and commercial strategies.
- Engage with APLNG shareholders and prepare strategic reports and recommendations for board-level decision-making.

**About You**

You are a seasoned and strategic leader with extensive experience in the oil and gas industry, backed by deep expertise in commercial, technical, or legal domains. You bring:

- A strong track record in leading complex negotiations, resolving disputes, and delivering value through both operational excellence and strategic initiatives.
- Demonstrated leadership capability, with experience building and guiding diverse, high-performing teams and driving meaningful cultural change.
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships and influence outcomes across a broad range of internal and external partners.
