**The Role**
As the **Contract Manager **, you will be responsible for the delivery of the technical services delivered on our Government Contract (Residential Works).

This role is based across the **Newcastle / Central Coast Region, NSW.**
- Manage a team of trades staff (Carpenters, Electricians, Plumbers etc.) providing maintenance works to our clients sites
- Profit and Loss accountability
- KPI / SLA Adherence
- Client and Internal reporting
- Safe work culture
- Relationship building and Client engagement
- Provide Technical Support

**Skills and Experience**
- Need to have managed trades staff in the past
- Strong service skills
- Driving License
- Trade background (desirable)
