Reporting to the Commercial Director, you will be providing end to end project support on
- Commercial contracts and project delivery support, including collating and preparing key contractual notices and assessing and managing key risks and liabilities in construction project contracts
- Project claims and dispute management, including managing dispute resolution processes
- Providing commercial advice and supporting contractual reviews and negotiations
- Supporting the leadership team where required with ad-hoc contract management duties
- Negotiating contract terms and conditions with suppliers/subcontractors

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Previous experience as a contracts administrator/commercial manager and/or legal professional within the construction industry
- Experience in drafting notices and claims during project delivery
- Ability to review and assess key risks/issues in construction contracts
- Confident communicator with strong drafting, negotiation, analytical and interpersonal skills
- Able to act and respond constructively in pressured and unpredictable environments
- Have a drive to succeed and grow your career
